    Hello all,

    An update to this -- what we believe has been the case is that those who received an Upgrade Assurance key recently (via our e-mail promotion) are still entering their product serial number (and are then being told to pay $49.99). If you enter your Upgrade Assurance key (starting in NUA) then your upgrade eligibility should be recognised and the price be free.

    It's our mistake, the upgrade page was not clear enough on what you needed to enter and we sincerely apologise. We have updated the copy on the upgrade page now (http://www.nitropdf.com/buy/upgrade.aspx) which should make it more clear.
