An installation code is provided at the time of purchase, we provide this initially through the internet when purchasing on www.nitropdf.com and also confirm this via email. Our retailers typically provide an installation code on the envelope that the installation cd comes in.

If you have not purchased Nitro Pro yet you are able to simply click 'Try' on the initial dialogue as you are able to demo Nitro Pro for 14 days prior to purchasing a license code.

If you are unsure or missing your license code please let me know and I can look into this further for you.

Hi there. I am based in the UK, and subscribe to the computer magazine PC Pro. I have, for the February edition, Nitro6 Pdf Pro, but when I try and get my serial/registration/lisence number, your web site says the promotion has finished - but we are still in February. I know that computer magazines come out earlier than thier published date, but I was a little surpised that you have ended this promotion in January. I also have an issue with the UK magazine, in that they made no mention of their being any sort of restrictions, but I will take that up with them.
If it is at all possible, I would like you to send me the license code. Many thanks. Kindest Regards Ian.

Hi - I am opening this because a question I put in a topic of the same name has been sitting there unanswered for 20 days.

"Please insert your PC Pro disc and let it autorun. There should be a link that will direct you to log in using a PC Pro account where you can obtain your license key to activate Nitro Pro 6. "
"I did this and the website said 'on manual key production' wait for us to send you something.. I am now on day 7 of 14 .. "

This was where it was left. My trial period is over and I am still awaiting an activation code.

Please help

I recently installed a free copy of Nitro PDF Pro 6 from PC Pros February DVD. Part of the installation process was to -

How To Get Your Serial Code
Simply click on the "get serial code" to obtain your unique serial code. Note that serial codes are limited to one code per user.

I got the response -

Your Serial Code:
We have turned on the manual approval process for this promotion. Your request for a code has been recorded and may take up to 48 hours to process. You will be notified on approval. Alternatively, check "My Downloads" for your serial code.

I have to date heard nothing re the serial code. The trial has expired and I cannot use the full function. How do I get the code?
