Don't you think its a bit of a blind comment? Anyone can just make an account and leave such blind comments for their company. Lacks the subject, the reason for the praise of the software. In terms of marketing, such feedbacks are of no use in measuring quality of a product!

Yes, it's a very blind comment but someone has taken the time to "praise" our product as opposed to being negative about it. Rest assured Tom does not work for Nitro if this is what you are suggesting?

We have plenty of other systems which monitor the quality of our product and as a part of the Quality/Tech Support Team I take pride in making sure what we deliver is of the best.

Is there some issue that you have with Nitro which you would like to raise that I can possibly help you with?

A friend brought this product to my attention maybe a year ago, when I had a certain need. Over time, I found it superior to Adobe for many reasons, although occasionally some web site would not let me use anything but Adobe ... a restriction of the web site, I believe.

Adobe seems to need to be patched more often than Microsoft, I have to watch the upgrades like a hawk, because Adobe has a tendency to install crap ware which is not always easy to uninstall. They want us to read their Terms of Service with every patch, but cover it up with the various boxes.

With Nitro, there are no hassles associated with upgrades.

My PC had a melt down last week, and now I am reinstalling my applications.
Nitro Reader immediately was on the list to get back on board.
And also this time, I also put Nitro Reader on my company PC, and gave a heads up to the guy in charge of company PCs (we always tell him about aps loaded, to make sure no conflicts), which led to conversation about the merits of what got loaded.

My current recovery needs are such that I am considering an upgrade to Nitro Pro. Having used Nitro Reader for a while, I have grown to love it, and trust the company.

My profile reminds me that I have uploaded mug shots of myself to various social media, then I lost the originals in my PC melt down, so I need to figure out how to copy them from the Internet to replacement hard drive, the upload again various places like here.
