I'm trying to optimize my workflow.
I have scanned a large number of documents to PDF. Now, I'd like to quickly go thru each document (looking at just the first page) and rename them. But, I cannot figure out how to do this within Nitro PDF.
What I want to do is: (1) Open a whole bunch of documents; (2) Make one active by clicking on its tab; (3) After viewing the document's first page and coming up with a new name, right-click on the document tab and re-name it; (4) click save; (5) close that document.
I've seen scripts for renaming files, but that's not quite what I'm looking for. I want to create a filename based upon pre-viewing the first page of the file. You do this in Adobe Bridge (which my PC doesn't have) or Leap (Mac only program).
FWIW, Adobe Acrobat has a browse type feature, but it doesn't allow you to easily rename files.
