Radio Buttons don't show selected
After working on a document for several hours, the radio buttons quit working. They no longer display the circle (or cross or diamond, etc). The funny thing is that the ones I haven't touched for a couple hours work fine. New ones don't display correctly in Nitro PDF viewer or Adobe. However, if I select the radio buttons and copy them into a new document, they work fine. Alternatively, if I copy working radio buttons from a new document into my document, they quit working. Somehow my PDF has gotten hosed up. I have put hours into this thing and now it looks like I need to abandon it. I think purchasing Adobe Acrobat has a lower total cost in the long run. This software has crashed 2 or 3 times today and now this!!! Can I have my money back?

I have had the exact same problem. If you click on "show fillable fields" the radio buttons will show up (except for the one most recently clicked - it will still be blank). However if you don't have the "show fillable fields" selected, all the radio buttons go blank and stay blank no matter if they have been clicked or not. I'm sorry to tell you this but the only way I could get around this was to start a new document and copy the fields one by one into the new document. (There is no "select all" in this tool so you have to copy things over individually) I never figured out what happened to the document that made all the radio buttons disappear.

I have a bunch of JavaScript written for each of these buttons. Is there a way to recover this and move it to another document?

I have found that if you open the non-functioning document in Adobe Acrobat 9 and change something related to the radio button (e.g. change fill value and then change it back), Adobe will fix the mess that Nitro PDF created. You can download a trial copy of Acrobat, or buy Acrobat Standard from someone on eBay for not too much money.
