Hi Denis,

I would love to help you out but will need to get a few more details off you.

Can I confirm the following with you.

1. What program are you trying to print from when this occurs ?

2. Do you have Nitro Pro or Nitro Reader installed ? Do you know which version ?

3. Does this occur when printing from any application like Microsoft Word and NotePad ?

4. Are you printing to the Nitro Creator or a Physical Printer ?

5. Can I confirm what version of Windows you have installed ?
