I’m frustrated

PDF file not displaying through Nitro, but can view on another PC with Nitro

I have the trial being used to evaluate on purchasing. I received a PDF file that I can open on another computer without Nitro, but I get blank pages when I use Nitro on my PC. Suggestions please as I am in my final days before I decide to purchase this or note.

Hi Frank,

I apologize about the delay in us responding to your issue , we have had a complete staff turn over. I have been tasked to clearing up things on the Forum so please forgive us as we get back up to speed.

Are you still having this issue ? If you are please let me know so we can look into this further and get it resolved.
