My PDFs have wonky spacing

My Nitro reader prints with odd spacing, a copy is below here. Never mind the Finnish language, I often get this in English and other language texts, too. I have a new 64-bit laptop running on Windows 7 and the 64 bit program. Why is the spacing wonky between letters like this, can I do anything?
