Support Ticket Delay

Why does it take your support staff over two days to respond to a simple installation question?

    Hi Guys,

    Sorry for the delay in helping you both out, we have been flat out and had an increase in support request's, we are working really hard to get through these and help everyone out. I'm sorry and can understand the frustration, we are currently developing intelligently around these issue to prevent them occurring in future releases.

    David I have replied to your support ticket and will be able to assist you further, I just need your serial number so I can look into why this is not activating. You'll be able to reply directly to me through the support ticket and I will help you out asap.

    Patrick I have looked into your issue and can see that Kyle has emailed you through your support ticket, once again, sorry for the delay and frustration caused.
