silly I’m unsure

I have a license error, wrong license & license already used?

I am trying to activate Nitro Pro and I am getting an error, it says "Wrong license number." and "License number already used." .

What do I do ? How can I get this activated ?

  • Wrong License Error


    What this means


    You may see : "Wrong license number." or "Wrong License Number for this product.".

    This will occur when you are using a valid license key, on the wrong Nitro Pro release. You will need to check which release of Nitro Pro you have purchased and then download the correct version.

    What you should do


    If you have recently purchased a new copy of Nitro Pro most likely you will be using a previous serial and will need to locate your new Nitro Pro serial to activate.

    Alternatively if you purchased a while ago you will need to download a previous version to activate.

    Already in Use Error



    What this means


    You may see : "License number already used." or "That License Number has already been used." .

    This means one of two things, you have reached the maximum number of activations available to that license key or our activation service currently has that computer listed as activated and cannot reactivate it.

    What you should do


    If you have reached your maximum number of activations you can look at deactivating
    your serial on a computer you no longer use. Alternatively if you are aware that you have installed on less than two computers you can lodge a Support Ticket so we can resolve this issue for you, remember to always provide as much information as possible

      Are you able to follow the instructions above and lodge a support ticket, once you have done this you will be given a ticket number, simply replying here with this ticket number will allow me to respond promptly.

    Unable to activate Nitro Express on a single PC from trial version dialog box: error message is Internet activate already used :-23: error:error execution-license number. This implies I have already been activated but all I get is the trial version, and I don't recall activating previously.

    I entered the activation code FROM THE CD ENVELOPE for the license code since no other information was provided.

    When I try to submit a support ticket via the dialog box I Get error when submitting query as follows so I AM TOTALLY BLOCKED from using this recently purchased product. This might be due to not entering a license number in the support form which states if can be found on the help ribbon but the help ribbon is not accessible in the trial version and no phone contact info is provided anywhere. . I am very dissatisfied (0 on a 1-10 basis)

    I just purchase Nitro Pro, I tried to put the serial code in the trial , it was rejected, I downloaded the latest version....and now it tells me the serial code is already used.... so need a new serial code or a refund or even a phone number to call!

    Hi there,

    I have a version of Nitro PDF 7 and my hard drive crashed. I have reinstalled it on a new hard drive, but the software will not actiavte as I never got a chance to uninstall to deactivate.

    When I try the online activation code generator, it says it is already active, so how can I go about clearing this so I can stop using the Trial Version.

    Very common problem facing by new users. After u got the serial number u get error -22 message. The u uninstall and reinstall the nitro program u get the error message -23.......Why it so difficult to activated after we have made payment. Before payment u kept reminding us to pay, after payment we cannot use your program. What a big joke? And the worst is after sending the notification to the support no response at all.

      If you have ensured you have downloaded the correct version matching your serial I recommend lodging a support ticket, providing your serial, so we can look into it further. Please let me know you support ticket number if this is the case so I can get you up and running again asap.
