Finding Serial / License Key
Locating through Nitro Pro
If you have a licensed version of Nitro Pro installed you will be able to locate your serial via the 'Help' ribbon running horizontally at the top of the screen and then the 'About' button.
Nitro Pro 5
In Nitro Pro 5 you will be able to see your serial in a dialog box like that below.
Nitro Pro 6
In Nitro Pro 6 you will need to click 'Activation' from the dialog box shown below to be able to view your serial, this will launch an additional licensing window.
Nitro Pro 7
In Nitro Pro 7 you will be able to see your serial in a dialog box like that below.
Locating through support
If you cannot locate following the steps above, you may be able to check your emails, all serial details are sent after the time of purchase and would have been sent from cs@cleverbridge.com if you cannot locate your serial here you can lodge a Support Ticket and we can looking into our records on your behalf, please supply as much information as possible.
Finding your Upgrade Assurance Number (NUA)
Locating your NUA can be harder than your serial, these details would have been emailed out at the time of your purchase from the following email cs@cleverbridge.com if you are unable to locate these details in your email you will need to lodge a Support Ticket so we can look through our records on your behalf.

Hi Paul,
I couldn't locate anything under either email address, do you know what version I'm looking for ? If you cannot locate it from within our application or via your receipt email (shown above) can I get you to lodge a support ticket and provide as much information as possible surrounding the version and any other email address used at the time ?
Once you have submitted these details you will be given a ticket number, if you post this back here I will attempt to track down these details.

Sorry for the delay in getting to your post there, it looks like the serial you have placed here is incorrect, it is not the serial you were issued with when you upgraded from Pro 5.

After uninstalling NitroPDF pro from my other computer, I'm asked for my license number when trying to activate it on the new one. How do I find the license number when I've already uninstalled it on the old computer?

Normally you would need to lodge a support ticket however I have created one for you in this case.
You should have received this to your email, included in this is your Nitro Pro 6 details.

The best thing to do here is to lodge a support ticket due to details we require.
Please ensure you submit as many details as possible including your serial

I downloaded the free version from your site and i can't find a serial number. Do i have one with this version.? I need help sending the help request.

You will not need a serial for a free version, if prompted to activate, simply click the 'Try' button to continue on your trial.
You will only need a serial if you decide to purchase Nitro Pro and wish to continue using outside the initial 14 days.
