Error for converting

Hi, i was purchased netro PDF version 6 before 6 month. Now i am facing lots of problem while converting in Excel format.
1. Some file are converted in non-readable format.
2. After converting file header & Title detail not reflecting in Original format.
3. some times data has been lost from converted file
