Embedded fonts not recognized

On my computer an embedded font is recognized as: KANAND+GothamBook and Nitro tells me that the font isn't installed on the machine. On a colleagues computer (running the same version of Nitro) the same font is recognized as HTSVYZ+GothamBook and is editable!

What is KANAND and what is HTSVYZ? How can I make my installation of Nitro PDF professional recognize the embedded font correctly?

Hi Savo,

The reason it works on the other computer is that Font is Fully Embedded on your the other computer and on the Subset of the Font is on yours. If you look at the Screenshot you will notice that on the first one Subset and Embedded is check and on the second one only Embedded is checked.
