Copy all highlighted text at once (e.g. Export Highlighted text)
I'd like to be able to copy all the text that I've highlighted in a pdf at once so I can paste it into another document.

if you google it there seems to be a lot of demand from pdf users in general and no solution.

Great program, have made it my default pdf reader.
It would be great if one could export all comments, notes and typewritten text from a file together into a separate document, preferably one that can be sent to Evernote easily.

When doing research for school I will highlight parts of the document and then I will also send that bit to Evernote. That works fine with sections, but when you have a section and you only want one or two lines it gets annoying. You have to do it one at a time and then merge the notes in evernote and then reorder them too because the content copied at the end of the page is at the top of evernote.
What I would like to do is highlight what I find interesting and valuable and then copy all those at once to evernote or a notepad application. This would be really helpful in creating outlines as well.
Is there a way to do this already?
Thanks for any help.
