Can't save a doc as a pdf file cuz nitro says it will email it to me later after it converts it but it always fails.

I copy and pasted exactly what happens when I try to save anything to a pdf doc. This page is what I get everytime. But when I go to my email and open the message from nitro to supposedly see my doc it was downloading for me it says that the action failed and the doc did not download. Well I will also copy and paste that message after I go try to open up the email.

1st message from Nitro saying they will convert my page and email it to me:

2nd message, (the email that should have the doc for me but says it failed instead). This happens everytime. And everytime I want to save as a pdf file it tells me it will email it to me after it is converted. Any suggestions?
