Can not convert .doc to pdf

Hi:
I have a .doc file that will not convert to pdf wih primo pdf. It will only do the first page of 15 pages. Other .docs convert fine. Any thoughts appreciated

If you like I can look into this further for you, to do this it would be great if you could submit the file.

Please address this to myself and include this threads subject in the message feild when submitting

Another option is to Download Nitro Reader, once installed you will have a similar feature to PrimoPDF, as this installs a Virtual Printer, Nitro Creator 2 that you will be able to print to.

Let me know whichever way you would like to proceed.

Usually ahve no trouble onverting word doc to pdf with primo pdf. I have one doc, however that will only convert the first page (doc is 15 pages long). Have tried saving in different formats, with the same results, Other docs of same length convert with no problems. Help.

Thanks for submitting your file. I have been able to successfully convert this file to PDF using Office 2010 and using Nitro Reader 2.2

Can I confirm with you a few more details;

1. What version of Office are you using ?

2. What product and version are you using ? eg : Nitro Pro 7.1

3. The file you submitted is one page, titled Plafta Villiage in green at the top, is this the page that fails to convert ?

Page was created in MS Word 2007

Tried to onvert with PrimoPDF 5.1.0.2

Plafta Village is the page that would not convert
