Allow Nitro Pro to create "Reader Extended" files Acrobat Reader can SAVE
When creating a form in Nitro PDF, most people will open this form with Acrobat Reader. Unless created as a "Reader Extended PDF" (only with Acrobat), the form cannot be saved. This is most inconvenient for people creating files with Nitro PDF, and reading them (such as customers, co-workers) with Acrobat Reader. Nitro should definitely find a way to become compatible with Acrobat Reader as it's still widely used. Failing to do that would discourage many to use/buy Nitro PDF.

1We would *love* to make this possible however Adobe restrict this functionality to only be "enabled" by DRM embedded in the PDF file using Acrobat or Livecycle.
Even if it was technically possible, any workaround by Nitro or a third party to permit this functionality would be illegal in the USA.

Ah ! the US and the defence of freedom...
That's unfortunate, as it will definitely be used as an argument to NOT buy Nitro PDF. I doubt people are going to switch to Nitro Reader just for this. Unless you really advertise this flaw as an Acrobat limitation. Most people will probably make the case to pay the extra $ for Acrobat Standard just to get this functionality.
Hope you guys can find a workaround, such as creating a company "outside" of the US.
Good luck in continuing your good work. I'll continue to push for your product at my company, and occasionally use Acrobat for "Reader Extended" capabilities.
Btw, still a bunch of bugs to fix with layers, and text editing/formatting.
Cheers,
