My name is Oscar and I bought NitroPDF the past year on March, you send me an email with confirmation of the purchase. And now I am writing you because I formated my computer and I want to reinstall the NitroPDF Application, but the link you sent me that time doesn ́t work any more so I contacted cleverbridge and they show the way to download the application again so I download Nitro Pro 6 and I installed, but the problem is that I can ́t activate it, it shows me a message that the licence has to be just numbers and the license I have has letters too, what I bought is the following:
Nitro PDF® Professional, Spanish
One user license
Code license: NP6DA01662306521A52
I contacted again to Cleverbridge Customer Service and they told me to write direct to Nitro for help and the correct installation package, so please help me. My email is ogonzalez@odonnell.com.mx
