(Dimentionally) Resize / Scale pdf

I was wondering if Nitro Pro offers an option of resizing pdf by dimensions. Say, I would like to resize the scanned pdf to half of its dimensions WITHOUT PRINTING IT AGAIN THROUGH PDF PRINTER.
